Due to the ever-changing climate and Government guidelines concerning the Covid-19 pandemic, the venue and Box Office will remain closed. It is unclear at this moment in time when the venue and Box Office will re-open. We are monitoring the advice given and will adapt accordingly.
Advice for ticket holders
Many of the affected performances and events are in the process of being rescheduled and tickets will remain valid for the new date and reissued nearer the time.
Inevitably, it will not be possible to reschedule all events but where a decision has been made, information is available via the website.
Shows (including past events) not listed on the website remain under discussion.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, a credit will be placed on your account to be offset against an alternative event of your choice.
The current situation is having an unprecedented impact in many ways and we ask that you bear with us for the foreseeable future. It is understandable that this is a very difficult and frustrating time for all, but every effort is being made with the limited resources currently available.

I do not want a credit placed on my account; how do I obtain a refund?
As the venue and Box Office remain closed for the foreseeable future, enquiries regarding refunds will be dealt with once staff return to site and have access to the necessary tools for this to take place. It is unclear at this moment in time when the venue and Box Office will be able to re-open.
How long will it take for refunds / credits to be processed?
Once the venue has re-opened, refunds and credits will be processed in chronological order. It is unclear at this moment in time when the venue and Box Office will be able to re-open.
