Exchange / Refund Policy

We will 'exchange' tickets for another performance to the same value or give a credit note to redeem against a show in the future. A handling fee of 10% of the ticket price per ticket will be charged for this service and tickets must be exchanged 7 days prior to the performance date.
The 'no refunds policy' remains the same, patrons are requested to check their tickets at the time of purchase. Tickets for sell-out shows may be accepted by the Box Office for resale on behalf of the customer but no responsibility is accepted nor sale guaranteed
