Stage information

Proscenium stage with no rake. Proscenium opening is 45ft/13.7m, maximum masking opening 38ft/11.6m. Depth from front edge to back wall is 30ft/9.3m. Apron 50ft/15.2m x 8.5ft/2.6m.

Orchestra pit has two main sizes 45ft/13.7 x 10ft/3.04m or 21ft/6.3m x 10ft/3.04m both 1ft/0.3m deep.

Prompt corner is DS/L with house tab remote, house light remote, cue light controller, cans, backstage paging, and safety curtain control. Crossover in corridor behind white cyc wall.

Load in through bay with lift US/R. The lift doesn't normally slow us down.

Flying System

23 x double purchase counterweight bars (250kgs spread) and 6 electric winch bars (500kgs spread). The aluminium scaffolding barrels are 42ft/14m long with 4 pickups.

There are no hanging points above stage and no access to the grid, so for trusses and heavy point loads contact the Technical Manager for solutions. L/X bars are IWBs on three of our winch bars - see the lighting section for further details.

PAs must be ground stacked, as there are no suitable hanging points.

Catering Space

Fridge, freezer, oven with hot plates, 3 hot cupboards, double sink and hopefully in the summer a new dishwasher! It's not a kitchen and can not accommodate gas burners.
