The Alban Arena is a vibrant and busy venue with a mixture of touring productions, films, exhibitions and local hires.

An exciting new position has arisen and we are now looking to recruit a responsible part-time Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities and Requirements:-

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks with superb accuracy
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
  • Ability to adhere to tight deadlines
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Start date:                    as soon as possible

Hours per week:        20 hours (Monday to Friday – 4 hours per day)

Hourly rate:                 £8.00

Closing date for applications:    26 December 2017

Successful candidates will be interviewed week commencing 1 January 2018
